Yeah, it’s a little late, but why break the habit? Hope you all had a great xmas, Yule, or whatever.

Things have been a bit rough with me these last few months, for personal reasons I’d rather not go into, which led to Depravia’s hiatus while I tried to get things in order. I didn’t want to jumpstart the comic and only have it stall again, so I decided to wait until things were sorted before continuing, so that when things got going again, they’d stay that way. Happily, that time has come.

So look forward to Depravia’s comeback in the new year, and for those of you who’ve still stuck around, thanks for the support!

P.S. Sorry about the disabled comments, I had to switch those off as we were getting swamped under a sea of spam. Sorry guys, but there’s not going to be an update today. We’re having a going away party for a friend of mine and the house is full of busy people, so no way for me to get anything done. Rest assured things will be back to normal on Monday.

I’m really sorry for the holdup, I guess that’s what I get for not buffering. I’m no fan of comics who skip their updates often, so no worries, this isn’t something I’m making a habit of. Hold in there, we’ll be back to regular service soon.

Well, everything’s been going well so far. My work’s coming in on time, feedback’s been great, and I hope you’re all enjoying yourselves to boot. It’s always a tough start coming out with a new comic, so if you like what you’ve seen, try to spread the word if you can. A good start might be to Vote for us at BuzzComix and/or TopWebComics. Subtle, eh? You can also feel free to stumble us, mention us to friends, put in a good word for us with the local ladies, send us dangerously obsessive emails, whatever floats your boat.

FURTHER UPDATE: The Depravia Forum has now gone live, at least in a rough, beta sense. Why not drop in and say hi?

Okay, we’re now officially live, with the first few readers passing by. We’re starting off with a little bit of a soft launch, just among a few friends and fellow artists, to see how things hold up while we’re finishing the site.
